Meeting Schedule
Transitional Council meetings are open to the public to observe. Observers are not permitted to speak at Council meetings and will be asked to leave the meeting during in-camera sessions.
Unless otherwise noted, meetings normally take place at the transitional Council office, and run from 9:30a.m. to 3:45p.m.
Reservation Policy
Because of increased interest in the meetings of the transitional Council, we now require that individuals reserve seating by contacting us. We ask that you contact us no earlier than 15 business days before any meeting to make your reservation. If you are unable to attend a meeting, we ask that you notify our office to cancel your reservation.
The reservation list will close once capacity is reached.
If you are not able to secure a reservation, you are welcome to come to the meeting location in the event that there are last minute cancellations. In this case, we cannot guarantee that seating will be available.
